Refund Policy

At LOOKLIVELUXE, we offer high-touch, faith-aligned services designed to transform your personal brand and business through intentional refinement. Because our work involves customized strategies, live coaching, digital assets, and exclusive access to proprietary frameworks, all sales are final. However, we honor your journey and believe in transparency—so here’s what you need to know:

The Luxe Refiner™

12-Week Personal Brand Refinement Experience

Due to the limited enrollment and custom nature of this high-level offer:

  • All sales are final once the program begins (defined as your first coaching session or access to Week 1 curriculum).
  • Cancellations requested at least 14 days before your official start date may receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee or be transferred to a future cohort within 6 months.
  • VIP Day Add-On is non-refundable once a date is confirmed and creative partners are secured.
  • Payment plan clients remain responsible for completing their payment schedule, regardless of early exit or non-participation unless written approval received.

 

 

 

The Luxe Journey™

 

6–12 Month Faith-Led Brand Building Program

As a developmentally guided, long-term program:

  • No refunds will be provided once any course material or coaching session has been accessed.
  • You may defer your enrollment once to a future Luxe Journey™ cycle within the first 14 days, provided no more than two modules have been accessed.
  • Monthly payments must be honored as outlined in your contract, regardless of participation.

1:1 Coaching – A Luxe Life in Christ™

Spiritual Growth & Clarity Sessions

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
  • Unused coaching packages may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee, if requested within 7 days of purchase and no sessions have been used.

 

 

Important Notes:

 

  • Refunds (when approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • LOOKLIVELUXE™ reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of policy abuse, unauthorized use, or late notification.
  • Enrollment in any of our services implies full agreement with this policy.
