1:1 Coaching Session Structure

8 week package with 2x 60-minute sessions per week:

  • Beginning of week: Plan goals and strategies
  • End of week: Review progress and refine approach
  • Weekly check-in: Receive feedback via SMS or chat through Client Portal
  • Quarterly follow-up support and accountability
Total 16 sessions (60 minutes each)
